Getting It Done In Charleston

About Boneworks

office crewHamilton “Ham Bone” Morrison started Reyworks Property Management in 2008 to oversee his own properties and those of his real estate partners and friends. Around the same time, Boneworks Contracting began to facilitate the renovations that many properties in Charleston’s up-and-coming neighborhoods required. Both businesses grew steadily over the years without losing their quality of care and accountability. In 2015, Hamilton Morrison consolidated Reyworks Property Management and Boneworks Contracting into one bellwether brand — Boneworks. According to company president, Emily Mueller, “We pride ourselves on achieving the goals of not just our clients but our tenants as well; a delicate balance that requires a strong knowledge of the property management market and the ability to compromise.” The team at Boneworks has an incredible drive to improve the experience of Charleston property owners and their tenants.
